HOW TO MAINTAIN SILVER JEWELRY

Sterling silver jewelry is sensitive to certain elements such as heat, air, skin, perfume, chlorine, and it will naturally oxidize over time.

It's not recommended to wear your jewelry when you sleep, bathe, swim, or playing sport.

We suggest cleaning your jewelry regularly with a special cloth for silver jewelry, rub it gently to keep the silver shiny, and removing the oxidation.

Never use solvents or products intended for cleaning silver cutlery.
When you're not wearing your jewelry, to avoid oxidation, we highly recommend keeping the silver jewelry in a closed box to protect them from air and humidity.

For 925 gold or ruthenium silver jewelry, the patina may fade over time. How long it will take to fade depends on how the jewelry is cared of.

MARIE LAURE CHAMOREL jewels are carefully selected and each piece is handmade according to artisanal processes.

HOW TO GET MY BRACELET OR NECKLACE REBRAIDED

We offer an after-sales braiding paying service for some of our collections.

Most of our jewelry is handmade with silk threads. Silk is a natural fiber that should not be put in contact with liquids, cosmetics or perfumes in order to prolong the life of your jewelry.

We also advise you to avoid rubbing which damages the textile fibers. The alteration of silk is a normal natural wear reaction that varies according to the care taken and the frequency of use.
