Necklace in 925 Sterling silver with a gold finish, composed of a large-link chain embroidered with a ribbon of black silk chiffon. It is adorned with heart-shaped medallion, embellished with pavé-set diamonds surrounding a central Polki diamond. An openwork floral motif decorates the reverse. 

A round oxidized silver pendant, paved with diamonds and pierced with a bar, enhances the necklace’s precious character.
